Resolves a garbage collection bug that resulted in SimServe service crashing in the following circumstances:
- Restarting SimServe while devices exist in currently loaded project and then deleting a device
- Restarting SimServe while devices exist in currently loaded project and then saving edits to a device
- Restarting SimServe while devices exist in currently loaded project and then importing a new project
Resolves bug that kept the save button disabled after clicking “Add New” on the Modbus block configuration popup
